Virtual interior design is a modern, flexible approach to home design that provides professional guidance without the commitment or cost of traditional full-service interior design. It’s perfect for those who want expert advice to create a beautiful, cohesive space but prefer to handle the execution on their own terms.

Through digital tools and online collaboration, clients receive a customized design plan, including mood boards, 3D renderings, space planning, and curated shopping lists without the need for in-person meetings or costly project management services. This approach offers affordable, high-quality design solutions while allowing clients to maintain full control over their timeline and budget.

THE process

In the initial 15-minute discovery call we will discuss your project goals, preferences, budget, and what packages will work best with your goals.

After the discovery call, we will send you our welcome packet. Inside, you will find a detailed project questionnaire covering key aspects like budget, inspiration, and more.
The next step is measuring your space and creating a rough floor plan with room dimensions. A step-by-step guide to help you with this process will be included in the welcome packet. Existing site photos should also be submitted with the questionnaire and floor plan.
In this session, we'll walk through your Welcome Packet together and dive deeper into your design goals, lifestyle needs, and style preferences. It’s a chance to fine-tune the vision for your space and ensure we’re aligned before design work begins. We’ll also go over any final questions from your designer so we can kick off the creative process with clarity and confidence!
Once the questionnaire, photos, and measurements are submitted, the design development process will begin. The designer will create a curated design tailored to the package you selected.
This process typically takes around 30 days from the submission of the questionnaire and measurements.
Upon receiving the design package, the client will have 14 days to submit any requests for revisions. If your package includes an additional one-on-one meeting, we will contact you to schedule it when sending the design package.
Select design packages include one round of edits/revisions. If more revisions are needed, additional edits can be provided as an extra service for an additional fee.

It considers factors such as style, scale, proportion, color, and material harmony to create a balanced look that complements the overall design concept.

FURNITURE space plan

A space plan is a detailed layout that shows how furniture should be arranged within a room to ensure it is functional, visually appealing, and efficient. It takes into account the room's dimensions to ensure each piece fits properly while optimizing flow and comfort. By mapping out the furniture arrangement in advance, a furniture space plan helps visualize how everything will work together in the space, ensuring a practical and cohesive design.

3D RENDERED views

A 3D rendering is a digital visualization of a space or design that shows how it will look once completed. It uses specialized software to create a realistic, three-dimensional image of a room, furniture, décor, and other elements based on the design plan. 3D renderings help clients see a realistic preview of the space, including details like lighting, textures, colors, and proportions, before any physical work begins.

CLICKABLE shopping list

A clickable shopping list is a curated digital list of furniture, décor, and accessories with direct links to purchase each item online. It list ensures a smooth, stress-free shopping experience while maintaining the designer’s intended vision for the space.

IMPLEMENTATION guide

An implementation guide is a comprehensive document that outlines how the design concept will be executed in a space. It provides clear, detailed instructions on where furniture, décor, and other design elements should be placed to achieve the intended look and function. The guide typically includes a furniture space plan with exact dimensions that indicate the precise location of each item within the room, ensuring that everything fits and aligns as planned.
